LGBT+ Annual Health Check-up aims to provide a holistic health check-up to LGBT+ community with suitable, caring and LGBT+ friendly delivery way, enhance the awareness for physical and mentally well-being and improve the total health concept among different group from LGBT+ community.
Annual health check-up service is suitable for anyone (especially LGBT+ friendly) who are concerned their health. They are encouraged to have health check-up annually, and monitor the change of body/health. The plans covered most of health issues like Cardiovascular diseases, Liver and Kidney function, initial cancer marker check-up, basic STI check-up and mental health evaluation, etc. You can add additional costs for other check-up on specific hormones and nutrition items as well.
Price for LGBT+ annual health check:
Basic record & evaluation + examination + consultation & referral is included in both plans at one price $3,400. For additional for body-builder item: $2,000
Annual body check-up plan can only give examination, consultation and refer out service, NO treatment will provide in this stage (except STI infection).
